5 Steps for Online Registration

When do I receive my Checks?
  Checks for your event will go out bi-monthly or at the end on the event depending on how it is setup.

How do I get know that I received orders?
     There will an instantaneous email. You will also be emailed a .cvs file with your registrations. You will also be able to login and see orders.

How can I receive orders?
    We have the ability to accept online, phone in, mail in and fax in orders.

What is the fees on event registration?
Are services can be setup to where the service is free to the event holder
We charge a service fee of $3.00 per participant on all paid events. This fee can be paid by the participant or paid by your organization.  During setup you can decide this.
There is also an optional $95 setup fee (highly recommended) that can be paid and we do all the work.  You just send us the registration form and we build it out.  This fee can be paid in advance or can be taken out of the collect registration fees.  All customers are responsible for any credit card related expenses that RegClick incurred including all charge backs.  The credit card transaction change is 3.5% on all transactions.  

Can I use my own Gateway?
Yes, we will set that up for you.  There is a one time setup of $295.  If you setup your form to process credit card payments yourself.  Regclick will then invoice you at the beginning of each month.  You will have to maintain a positive balance with Regclick.

We can also set your company up with a merchant account.  We prefer Authorize.net.

Who is Responsible for chargeback on Credit Card Transactions?  Regclick LLC is not responsible for any chargeback or any fees associated with returns or charge backs.  The responsibility is 100% in the hands of the event co-coordinator to handle with the person who is requesting the chargeback.

Registrants are also dealing directly with the event organizer with any issue.
Regclick is an online service that is in no way responsible for any issues you have with events.

How does the Web Design work?
We have been designing websites for many years.  Some of the client projects we have worked on include HRBlock.com, Nike Team Dealers, Spartan Athletes, Lister-Petter, ATA, and many others. 

We work with all kinds of budgets.  We can create Joomla content management templates and also host the solution for you.  Regclick will gather you information on what you would like your new site to look like and we will send you back 2 designs.  From there we will take you feedback and create a final template that you will love. 

Web Development?
Our developers can make you website gather information, take orders, and build a CMS or whatever your company is looking to create on the web.  Please contact us with your requests and will put a proposal together and a timeline for you.
  
Custom Event Registration Projects and Scripts
Very often customers are requesting web based custom online registration systems to be built.  We have a lot of tools and concepts that could make a Regclick custom registration system the right solution for your company.   Custom Registrations usually take about 10 weeks to come together so please plan properly.

Project Management Services
Do you need a project manager to handle a important project and don’t want to hire a full time employee?  Regclick is managing projects for companies remotely.  Let us know and we will setup a relationship to make this happen for your company. We bill out at $65 and hour and can manage any size project.

Template Designers
Submit a template to our art gallery and we will pay you each time 50%  each time your template is purchased  by a customer.  We are in the process of collecting templates.  If you are talented and want to make some residual money please submit your work at support@regclick.com.   Please also submit your contact information as we  get requests for custom designs daily and are always looking for talent.  We are currently looking for sports templates.  Baseball Football, Cheerleading,  Lacrosse and Softball…..
